We are a family run business based in Revesby, Lincolnshire, we regularly travel the country for our customers. Bar and Away Ltd is an on-the-go beverage business for weddings, birthdays, and private events. Whether you desire a devoted team by your side or chilled refreshments, we offer you the best of both worlds. Our bartenders strive to make every event as spectacular as possible with our refined horse box bar.
We're excited to offer our Indoor Wooden bar for hire at £300, This bar is Perfect for venues without a bar, whether it's a marquee or a village hall. This bar will be fully stocked, just like our horsebox! The Hire cost covers fully licenced and uniformed staff and we apply and pay for the event licence too. This Bar has Beavertown Neck Oil, Cruzcampo and Inchs Cider on Draught.
We can also offer you our Black Bar for hire also at £300, This bar is also Perfect for venues without a bar, whether it's a marquee or a village hall. This bar will be fully stocked, just like our other 2 bars. The Hire cost covers fully licenced and uniformed staff and we apply and pay for the event licence too. Our Beautifully converted horse box bar can be customised for any event from Weddings to Festivals, Garden Parties and even Corporate business events.

Our professionals will also ensure you receive your preferred option for hire, from a cash bar to a token bar.

A traditional juniper led London Dry gin with rich citrus tones. Its distinctive floral bouquet is combined with soft fragrant earthy notes.
Bar and Away Dry is a smooth gin which can be enjoyed neat but it is also versatile and complex enough to pair well with premium tonics, citrus mixers and in your favourite cocktails.

We can also provide Bar staff or Mixologists for your own Bar either you provide the alcohol or Bar and Away can - Whatever your requirements we can work with you to make your event perfect.
We don't just attend Weddings and Corporate events, We will attend any events requiring Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate and small snacks from including Motocross events and Village Fayres.. You name it we will attend.
We now have a Party tent which is 5m x 10m for your location either with or without our Bar, This is suitable for 100 people Standing and 70 seated. We truly offer the full package for your event.
We are working very closely with AG Celebrants, Wedding Celebrants, William and Jenny are a husband and wife team operating between Lincolnshire England, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Supporting Mens Mental Health in 2026
For the 2026 Season we are proudly supporting Bro Pro Uk Mens Mental Health Charity. We will have Collection tins on of our Bars at all public events throughout the year and we also have a merchandise range where we donate 10% of the sale price to Bro Pro Uk too.
